Weekly Menu Feb. 6th

Hi friends, happy Sunday! A few weeks ago I posted about starting a new weekly menu series and then promptly dropped the ball the next couple weeks. Life was pure chaos for a while and I wasn’t doing my usual meal planning. However I’m finally getting back on track and thought I would share our very simple meal plan for this week.

Most of our meals for this week I don’t have recipes for but I will link what I can. I’m keeping things simple since we have Jack’s birthday & party this weekend.


  • Breakfast Burritos: No recipe for this but a super easy dinner. Scramble some eggs, shred some cheese, add in some bacon or sausage and add breakfast potatoes or tater tots if you want!
  • Bacon Ranch Chicken: A quick & easy favorite. Very little clean up which makes it great for nights that you don’t really feel like cooking.
  • Sundried Tomato & Asparagus Pasta– My own recipe and once that I have been making for about 5 years. We love it!
  • Buffalo Chicken Salad: A spicy twist on one of my favorite Half Baked Harvest Recipes. I’m excited for this one!
