Chicken, sriracha, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and puff pastry. Not only are theseSriracha Chicken Pastry Puffs easy to make, but they also taste fantastic! I made these for lunch last week and ate way too many! I absolutely LOVE them!!

How to MakeSriracha Chicken Pastry Puffs

As I said, theseSriracha Chicken Pastry Puffs are super easy to make. Start with mixing together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked chicken, and sriracha sauce. Spread the chicken mixture onto puff pastry squares, brush with an egg wash (if desired) and bake. SO easy!

TheseSriracha Chicken Pastry Puffs can be as spicy or as mild as you prefer. Just adjust the amount of sriracha to your personal preference. We used about 2 Tbsp of sriracha and it was perfect. Not too spicy and not too mild.

To keep the puff pastry squares sealed, dab the corners with water when pulling the corners together. You can also use toothpicks to hold the edges together.
