Mardi Gras is this Tuesday, February 21st folks. How about adding a little colorful flair to lunch or dinner by making a holiday Dyed Pasta Salad. You could really go all New Orleans and make it a seafood salad:@) It's easy to do by adding food coloring to the boiling water while making the macaroni.
