Green & Red Salad

This salad is a great source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is also a good source of fiber, which can help you feel full and satisfied. This salad is a perfect light lunch or dinner option.


  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cooked
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.


  • For a more flavorful salad, use balsamic vinegar.
