Hi friends! Happy Friday! I hope you’re having a wonderful week

What’s going on this weekend? Livi is having a sleepover, we’re going over to my dad’s for swimming and dinner, and I have a hot yoga class on the books. My Groupon to Sumits expires next week, but I know that for now, I’m going to keep it as part of my weekly routine. It feels SO good to stretch and sweat! I’d love to hear what you’re up to this fine weekend.

Today, I have a few giveaway winners to announce! Thank you again for all of your support with the Four Athletics leggings. The last day to order is Monday! I can’t wait to see pics of you in your gorgeous new leggings. <3

Congrats to the winner of the giveaway here on the blog: Amanda S. (Winner has been emailed!)

And the Instagram giveaway! @amandamarie3 (Winner has been tagged!)

Also, for the recent Beautycounter sale, I added a social link to my posts and emails. (This enables you to earn hostess rewards which is up to five free products and up to five 50% off products, depending on how much the social does. This is how I get free and discounted products to give to friends, use as giveaway products, and for myself!) I wanted to give away all of the hostess rewards for this awesome sale, so I added everyone who ordered during the promo to a spreadsheet. The random winner of five free products and five 50% off products (if they’d like to order! No pressure obvs), is: Kristin Q. (Who lives here in Tucson! So fun! Winner has been emailed.)

Stay tuned for more giveaway fun in the future.

Now it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite eats, reads, wears, and entertainment from the week. Please share something you’re lovin’ in the comments section below.
Life:
Hanging out with the Pilot. We had an awesome date night at Fleming’s: steak, wine, asparagus, tuna poke, and the most ridiculous chocolate lava cake.

The red wall is GONE. A family friend came by this week and painted the dining room red wall Agreeable Grey. It looks a thousand times better. Is it weird that seeing it in a light grey made stress instantly melt away? The red wall has been bothering me for about 8 years now lol and now it’s gone. I feel inspired to decorate the dining room a little now. Thinking of adding a cute plant wall like this?

Read, watch, listen:
Well, I can’t wait to see this.

Instantly thought of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga when I saw the title of this post.

The 25 most important characters of the past 25 years.

14 cheap (or free) ways to practice self care.
Fitness:
Fitness instructors share their favorite post-workout snack.

A mindfulness and strength combo.

An at-home total body strength workout.

* I filmed a new short workout video for ya. I’ll have it live next week!
Good eats:
– Kathryn and I stopped by Wilhelm Family Vineyards one night for charcuterie and wine. I tried a wine flight and especially loved their white fiesta sangria! It was such a nice treat in the middle of the week.

– Another trip to August Rhodes. I guess I’m biased because Kyle is my brother and they’re all my friends, but it really is the best lunch in Tucson. I got the ratatouille soup with a romaine salad (+ chicken) and their local on-tap prickly pear kombucha. It was everything. I want it every day but trying to go just once a week.

Make sure to try these egg bites!

Making a batch of this peach baked oatmeal next week.
Fashion + beauty:
The Countermatch adaptive body moisturizer. I’ve used a few products from the Countermatch line, but hadn’t yet tried the lotion. I LOVE it. My skin has been really dry lately, but I try to not use a bunch of fragrances before bed or I’ll wake up sneezing. This one is unscented, and the moisture level varies depending on your skin. It’s lightweight and not greasy at all

This Ugg platform sneaker. I ordered these during the Nordstrom sale and love the neutral color! They’re also super comfortable and look cute with jean shorts and a Madewell tank. I can definitely wear them with jeans as we head into fall, too.

Speaking of fall, I can’t even fathom wearing jeans or sweaters anytime soon. It’s been a scorcher over here, so I’m naturally lurking dresses and summery tops online. I love this dress, this pleated dress, this leopard tee, and this cute drapey shirtdress (40% off).

I was Facebook ad targeted for these cactus pajamas and I kind of want to do it. (They’re only $15! Apparently they run very small so I’ll order a medium if I go for it.)

Happy Friday, friends!
